Growers, producers, and artisans, all located within 50 miles of Cooperstown, provide your weekly staples including fresh seasonal produce, pasture-raised meats, breads, artisan cheeses, and free-range eggs. Round out your shopping list with honey, flowers, plants, spirits, maple syrup, sweet treats, artisan crafts, prepared meals, sandwiches, skincare, CBD products, and more! During the Winter, we’ll have live music on holiday weekends on Saturdays, 11 am to 1 pm.
The Cooperstown Farmers’ Market, founded by Otsego 2000 in 1991, supports local growers, producers, and artisans and offers a direct connection between producer and consumer. The Farmers’ Market is a welcoming place of community. Community Tables feature helpful info from local nonprofits.
Hardy Locavore Challenge
A locavore is someone who eats locally grown or produced food. And we especially appreciate all you locavores in the winter months! Shop the Cooperstown Farmers’ Market 10 times between January 11 and April 26 and earn a free prize!
Crafts & Fun with Miss Jen!
Every Saturday there are kid-sized picnic tables and a giant felt board. The first Saturday of each month, the Farmers’ Market offers free, hands-on activities for kids with Miss Jen.

Call for Vendors!
Vendor applications are now being accepted for the 2025-26 Season, which runs from May 2025 to April 2026. There are options available for Saturday Markets and Summer Tuesday Markets. Applications are due March 1 at noon, and then will be reviewed by the Vendor Selection Committee. Find out more about becoming a vendor.
Customers using SNAP can get up to $60 worth of local food for a $20 SNAP spend. SNAP welcome at every Market. A match of up to $20 for SNAP-eligible food is provided by the Cooperstown Lions Club SNAP Match program, and the Double Up Food Bucks program offers an additional match of up to $20 to buy fruit and vegetables.
